Madhuri Dixit thrilled to see her wax model

Madhuri Dixit Nene has unveiled her wax model at Madame Tussads and she is highly thrilled to see the perfection and beauty of the model. With this, she has become the sixth Bollywood celebrity to find a place at the historic museum.

The actress who has in her credit hit films like ‘Devdas’, ‘Dil Toh Pagal hai’, Beta, ‘Hum Aapke Hai Kaun, said she is thrilled to be a part of the recognition.

"I am thrilled to be here in Madame Tussauds unveiling a wax figure of myself. It's incredible just how detailed the figure is - they have captured my look beautifully!
I feel very humbled to be included alongside other Bollywood stars and some of my personal heroes," she said.

After Aishwarya Rai, Madhuri is the second actress to hold the place. Amitabh Bachchan, Shahrukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Salman Khan were already been immortalized.

Madhuri personally involved in developing the model. She has given her time with the sculptors where they discussed many of her photographs, cutting, shape etc to bring perfection. Madhuri Dxit has also donated a beautiful saree to the model.

The figure took four months to build and it costs around USD 150,000.
