My father-in-law isn't Pakistani, Lisa Haydon slams haters
Newly married actress Lisa Haydon vented her anger on Twitterati for calling her husband Dino Lalvani and his family 'Pakistani'. On November 1, Lisa got married to British businessman Dino Lalvani. However, Lalvani is born to Pakistani-born entrepreneur Gulu Lalvani, and this very connection lead some news publication to call Lisa’s husband’s family Pakistani.
This very comment of the leading publication didn’t go well with the actress-model and she in a series of tweets highly slammed her haters.
Lisa Haydon# Dear @dna my husband is Indian. My father in law - Gulu Lalvani, was born in pre partition India and was thrown out of what is today...
# Called Pakistan - to call someone who has gone through the struggles of partition non Indian is absurd.
# Sad this article are the good wishes you would give a girl on the day she begins a new&exciting chapter in her life.
# The world needs lovers not haters
