Leaked! Shah Rukh Khan’s posters from ‘Raees’ go viral

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan who is currently out of country shooting for one of his films, had shared his look from his film ‘Raees’ recently. The picture showed him sporting a moustache wearing coloured aviators and a black leather jacket.

While nothing much is known about the actor’s role in ‘Raees’, a couple of posters allegedly of the film have gone viral on the social media, which reveals as to what ‘Raees’ is all about.

The posters doing the rounds show Shah Rukh’s bespectacled caricature sporting a beard. The posters seem to be of political nature as they seek votes and also include the picture of a kite as the featured person’s symbol.

While one of the posters reads, ‘Raees ko vote do, gareebon ko chance do’, the other one says, ‘Sab unnees se bees hai, hamara neta Raees hai’.  Speculations are rife that the posters are a part of the action thriller where the ‘Happy New Year’ star apparently plays the role of a politician. However, there is no official confirmation about it.

Directed by Rahul Dholakia, ‘Raees’ is set against the backdrop of the 1980s crime scene of Gujarat. Shah Rukh had also learnt garbha, the traditional dance form of the state to get the nuances of his character right.

The film also stars Farhan Akhtar, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Pakistani actress Mahira Khan, who is making her Bollywood debut with the film.

Co-produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani’s Excel Entertainment, and Gauri Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment, ‘Raees’ is scheduled for a release on Eid in 2016.

Meanwhile, Shah Rukh is in Bulgaria shooting for Rohit Shetty’s ‘Dilwale’ which stars Kajol, Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon.
