Karan Johar celebrates ‘Baahubali 2’ success with family & friends

Director S S Rajamouli’s multilingual epic film ‘Baahubali: The Conclusion’ is continuing its phenomenal run at theatres across the world even after two weeks of its release. The film’s Hindi version alone has grossed over Rs 400 crore, higher than Aamir Khan’s blockbuster ‘Dangal’, which is the highest Bollywood grosser ever.

Karan Johar, who distributed the Hindi version of ‘Baahubali 2’ under his banned Dharma Productions is naturally ecstatic. In order to celebrate the super success of the movie, Karan hosted an intimate get together at his place.

The celebration was attended by ace designer Manish Malhotra, Shweta Bachchan, Neha Dhupia, Ritu Nanda, Nitasha Nanda and others. Apparently, the dinner party was organised for Nitasha Nanda, legendary actor late Raj Kapoor’s granddaughter and Shweta’s sister-in-law.

Manish Malhotra took to his Instagram last night and shared a group picture from the get-together. The picture also include Karan and his mom Hiroo Johar and Shah Rukh Khan’s wife Gauri Khan.

“After A Long Working Day the Most Relaxing can be Dinner with Friends. @karanjohar dinner for our wonderful @nandanitasha,” the designer captioned the photograph.

Karan’s happiness knows no bounds now. He is already having a great time enjoying his fatherly duties towards his twins Yash and Roohi. Adding to this is the tremendous success of ‘Baahubali 2’.

The movie starring Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Ramya Krishnan and Sathyaraj has already collected Rs 1390 crore worldwide.
