Vikram's lawyer Rizwan Siddiquee told spotboye.com, “I had already served a Criminal Notice on Mr. Kamal Rashid Khan for and on behalf of Mr. Vikram Bhatt, and he was required to respond to the same within 7 days."

He added saying, "The said 7 days got over yesterday and it is obvious that he does not have any reply or justification for his criminal acts. Instead, he has chosen to blatantly continue his criminal acts showing complete disregard to the Laws laid down by the Statute, and even had the audacity to outrage the modesty of my other client Ms. Meera Chopra."
