Kabir Khan opens up on his tiff with Salman Khan

Filmmaker Kabir Khan has finally broken his silence over his alleged tiff with Salman Khan.

There were reports that the hit pair, which delivered blockbusters like ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ and ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’, had creative differences during the filming of ‘Tubelight’. It was said that Salman, who is also producing the film, was particular about the smallest of scenes on how it is shot. Salman and Kabir have been differing over every little creative decision on the sets of ‘Tubelight’, and it was speculated that they might not work together again and ‘Tubelight’ is their last collaboration.

However, Kabir Khan chose to shut up the rumour mongers once and for all, and posted a sarcastic message on Twitter.

The director shared a picture of him and Salman from the sets of the film, in which both of them are looking in opposite directions and standing with their backs to each other. The picture gives the impression that Salman and Kabir are miffed with each other.

Below the picture, Kabir wrote, “Next time the press does a story of @beingsalmankhan & me not talking... this is the photo they should use HaHa... #Tubelight #Eid2017.”

‘Tubelight’ is a historical drama set in the backdrop of Indo-Sino War of 1962. Salman plays a soldier in the film which also stars his brother Sohail Khan. Chinese actress Zhu Zhu plays the leading lady in the film.

‘Tubelight’ is slated to release on the occasion of Eid next year.
