Virat Kohli sings 'Jo Wada Kiya' for Anushka?

Virat Kohli is one of those cricketers who is quite active on the social media. Ever since his reported break-up with girlfriend Anushka Sharma, the right-hander has been flooding his social networking handles with heartbreak messages and pictures.

Virat recently shared a video of him singing the classic Bollywood number ‘Jo wada kiya wo nibhana padega’ on Instagram. The song is from the movie ‘Taj Mahal’, originally sung by melody queen Lata Mangeshkar.

The dashing batsman who led India to a 5-wicket victory against Pakistan in the Asia Cup T20 match held in Dhaka on Sunday, February 27, was in attendance at the Indian High Commission in the Bangladesh capital post the dramatic win.

Looking dapper in a black suit, Virat took to stage to show off his singing skills. He crooned the popular track alongside the singer on the dais. His team-mate and friend Yuvraj Singh captured the performance on camera.

Virat thanked the all rounder while sharing the video. “Few moments back at the indian high commission gathering. Thanks @yuvisofficial for the video paji. I love this song,” he wrote along with the video post.

Reports about Virat and Anushka splitting up surfaced about a month ago when fans of the celebrity couple noticed that both of them have unfollowed each other on social media. According to reports, marriage was the bone of contention between the ex-couple. Virat reportedly proposed marriage to the ‘Bombay Velvet’ actress, but she refused as she wanted to focus on her career for the time being.

Lately, there were reports that Virat is trying to win back Anushka with the help of her brother. Wonder if Virat is trying to send out a message for his ex-beau through the song!
