Is ladki ka kuch nahi hone waala: Aditya Chopra to Kangana

Kangana Ranaut has gone a ong way in Bollywood. She has created a niche in Hindi cinema and everyone has accepted her talent but the story was not the same in the beginning of her career. The ‘Queen’ actress on Karan’s couch has revealed that she was once down-rated by filmmaker Aditya Chopra.

“A year ago, I remember Aditya Chopra called me to his studio, we sat across the table and he told me ’10 years ago when you came to my office with Rikku Rakesh Nath, iss ladki ka kuch nhi hone wala. Today I am so glad to tell you that I was so wrong. You have made it and you have made it on your own. I am very happy about it,'” she said.

The actress shared the couch with her ‘Rangoon’ co-star Saif Ali Khan. Kangana added that  Karan also had similar thoughts about her.

Karan said, “I also never thought anything would happen. She was lovely in 'Gangster' and then there were certain choices that happened which is sometimes destiny and sometimes circumstance related.”

Kangana responded back saying, “Of course you made fun of my English on this couch and you made fun of everything.”

The woman didn’t stop here and called KJo a flag bearer of nepotism, “In my biopic, if it ever gets made, you will play that typical Bollywood biggie who is snooty and completely intolerant to outsiders, flag-bearer of nepotism, movie mafia.” Saif shocked and Karan turned silent and chose to smile.
