I can’t afford surgery, Vaani Kapoor denies chin surgery

Vaani Kapoor, the leading lady of YRF’s ‘Befikre’ is rumoured to have lip and chin job done but the pretty actress clarified that she is just one film old and she can’t afford surgery. Three years ago, Vaani debuted with YRF’s ‘Shuddh Desi Romance’ and after such a long gap when Vaani again made appearance in ‘Befikre’, social media trolled Vaani for going under the knife which the actress vehemently denied.

She looked very different in ‘Befikre’ and her ‘then and now’ pictures started doing round the net.

In an interview to Mid-Day, Vaani revealed that that she has shed few kilos for the romantic flick and it might be the reason to look differently.

She was quoted as telling the daily, "I have lost weight; my face is bound to look different. We shot in Paris when it was freezing; the cameras keep zooming in and out. The face looks different from different angles."

She did not stop here and added, "I can't afford surgery, I am only one-film old."

However, she clarified that she doesn't judge those who opt for surgeries.

Vaani is highly looking forward to her second release opposite Ranveer Singh. The film is  extensively shot in Paris and it revolves around two carefree people.

Vaani waited for almost three years for her second film and it has been a long journey for her.

"I kept auditioning with Shanoo Sharma (YRF's casting director) for the last three years to hone my skills. I also did a Tamil film called 'Aaha Kalyanam' (2014), a remake of 'Band Baaja Baraat' (2010). I requested Adi (Aditya Chopra) to make me an AD on a film so that I could learn filmmaking tricks."

‘Befikre’, directed by Aditya Chopra is set to hit the screens on December 9.
