Hinaya Heer Plaha: This uncommon name belongs to the daughter of cricketer Harbhajan Singh and his actress wife Geeta Basra. She was born on July 27 in London, but the couple revealed her name in the first week of September. The name itself shows how much thought new parents Harbhajan and Geeta have put in christening their baby and it surely has a wonderful meaning.
Rahyl Deshmukh: He is the younger son of one of the most adorable couples of Bollywood – Genelia and Riteish Deshmuk. The baby whose name means ‘innocent’ in Hebrew, was born on June 1, 2016. The name also means ‘traveller’ in Quranic origin. The couple also has another son born in November 2014. He is named Riaan, meaning ‘little king’.
Adira Chopra: Filmmaker Aditya Chopra and actress Rani Mukherji gave parts of both their names – Adi and Ra, to their daughter and named her Adira. Besides, the name also means ‘strong’ in Arabic. The couple welcomed her on December 9 last year.
AbRam Khan: This uniquely spelt name is of Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri’s youngest son who was born via surrogacy in May 2013. The name originally means ‘exalted father’, and the actor explained the unique name saying, “His name is based on a variation of Prophet Abraham. And I liked the connotation that it is kind of a secular name (with the word ‘Ram’ in it).”
Azad Rao Khan: He is the son of Aamir Khan and his second wife Kiran Rao and was born via surrogacy in December 2011. While the name means ‘free’ or ‘liberated’, the boy has been named after Aamir’s great grand-uncle Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, the famous freedom fighter.
Imara Malik Khan: Aamir Khan’s nephew Imran Khan and wife Avantika Malik named their daughter Imara, which means ‘strong and resolute’. The name has its origin in Swahili language spoken in eastern and southeastern Africa.
Rayaan and Arin: The beautiful Madhuri Dixit and husband Dr. Sriram Nene chose Irish names for their boys. Rayaan, which means ‘gates of paradise’, is younger of the two and was born in March 2005, while Arin’s name signifies ‘mountain strength’ and he was born in March 2003. Aaradhya Bachchan: The grand-daughter of legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan has got a beautiful Sanskrit name which means ‘to be worshipped’ or ‘someone who is worth worshipping’. She was born to Abhishek and Aishwarya Rai in November 2011. Abhishek and Aishwarya decided to stick to their Indian roots and named their little bundle of joy Aaradhya, four months after her birth.
