Poster: Captain Akshay holds boxer Sonakshi's hand in 'Holiday'
The first look of Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha starrer, ‘Holiday: A Soldier Is Never Off Duty' was released and the poster shows Akshay dressed in the uniform of a soldier holding slim and trim Sonakshi Sinha’s hand. Sonakshi was looking glamorous in printed white outfit and holding colourful balloons in hand.
The poster looks catchy and it seems they will create another rocking chemistry on-screen. Written and directed by A.R. Murugadoss, the film also features Govinda in a supporting role. Akki plays the role of captain Virat Bakshi and Sonakshi a boxer.
Says a source, "Their romance had to be
different from what they've done before." Sonakshi has shed oodles
of weight to get into the role. Adds the source, "Romance starts when
Akshay sees her boxing, and that adds novelty to their pairing."
Producer Vipul Shah says, "Murugadoss is known to create unique love
stories. In this thriller also, Akshay-Sonakshi's romance finds its place
naturally."
Sonakshi and Akshay is a hit jodi and they delivered blockbusters like ‘Rowdy Rathore’ and ‘Once Upon A Time In Mumbai Dobaara’ in the past.
‘Holiday’ produced by Vipul Shah, is an action thriller film which is slated for 6th June release.
