Ekta Kaul confirms wedding to boyfriend Sumeet Vyas
Ekta Kaul finally admitted that she is getting married to her boyfriend Sumeet Vyas. Ekta, who was in ‘No Comment’ mode all these days finally made it public that she and Sumeet are getting married.
"We didn't want the news to be out. We didn't want to go public, we would have rather waited some more time. That's why I said Sumeet is not the one who I am dating," she quipped, and then claimed, "But we are not engaged."
And? "And what? Yes, Sumeet and I are together. It's a phase where we are getting to know each other," she now admitted rather happily, "We know each other since last year."
Talking about the impending wedding, Ekta said, "If all goes well, Sumeet and I will get married to each other. Yes, we do plan to marry."
Ekta, who played Riya in the show ‘Mere Angne Mein’ posted a rather cryptic picture on her Instagram account in February where she was seen holding someone’s hand. She did not reveal the name of the guy.
However, when Ekta was once asked if she is getting married to Sumeet, she replied that she is indeed getting married in September but the guy is not Sumeet Vyas. When Sumeet was asked to comment, he said, “No comments.”
A few years back, Sumeet Vyas married actress Shivani Tanksale but their relationship did not last long and the couple reportedly filed for divorce in 2017. While Ekta was engaged to marry ‘Rab Se Sohna Isshq’ hero Kanan Malhotra but the duo broke-up.
