‘Ek Tha Tiger’ roars at the BO, collects 32 cr on day 1

Kabir Khan’s ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ has a massive opening at the box-office. Released on 15th August and being a holiday, the movie made a grand total of 32 crore on the first day. This action thriller turns to be all time biggest openers in Bollywood. With this grand opening, it has crushed all the previous box office records.

Released on nearly 2500 screens on August 15, both single screens and multiplexes across the country showed 100% housefull on the first day. Salman Khan is a crowd puller, he has a huge fan following and his film is a long wait among the cine-goers and his film never misses to strike gold at the box-office.

According to trade analyst, Taran Adarsh ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ has collected more than Rs 2 crores in Rajasthan and it is even expected that the film will cross a mark of 35 crores on the first day. Many Salman Khan’s fans had to return disheartened as they fail to get tickets for the 'first day, first show' of the film. The ticket was even sold on a black which costs more than Rs 1000.

‘Ek Tha Tiger’ is a story of a spy played by Salman Khan. The music of the movie already became a chartbuster. The film is speculated to cross 200 crore mark. With such a grand opening, it is quite possible that ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ may reach to this remarkable mark.
