Dhoom 3 to be spectacular in IMAX

Well any Hindi movie buff worthy of his/hers passion is aware of the ‘Dhoom’ series. The movie series is renowned for classic action, race, cool bikes, hot girls and obviously the super sexy villains who earned the respect and love of the audience.

It was John Abraham who played the role of gangster in the first edition of ‘Dhoom’.  Though Abhishek Bachchan played the role of the cop, John took the thunder away from him. Dhoom 3will always be John Abraham’s movie. In the second edition of the film, Hrithik Roshan played the villain.

Now in ‘Dhoom 3’ it is Amir Khan who is all set to play the villain. It is a double bonus for the ‘Dhoom’ fans. First of all we are getting the trilogy and who else but Amir Khan is playing the villain. An actor of Amir Khan’s stature is sure to add a new dimension to the role.

Also Amir Khan fans can note that after ‘Baazi’, the actor was never seen in a hard core action role again. ‘Baazi’ didn’t do much well in the box office. No doubt Amir is going to go all out at this big chance to settle the scores.

Incidentally the shoot for ‘Dhoom 3’ is at present going on in Chicago, United States of America. Thanks to some eager fans we got a glimpse of the shooting. It is seen Amir Khan is riding a BMW K 1200 R bike and yes, the man does look stunning.

What more a fan can wish for? A few stunning action sequence scenes perhaps. The good news is it is also taken care of. The producer of ‘Dhoom 3’, Yash Raj Films and IMAX corporation has entered into a contract and according to it; they will be digitally remastering the action scenes for a great IMAX experience. This will make the scenes visually crystal clear and the sound breath taking.

This has been a norm in Hollywood for some time. The big action scenes are always touched up for IMAX experience. The batman movie, ‘The Dark Knight’ has all its action sequences enhanced for IMAX experience.

This is the first time that an Indian film is going to incorporate the practice. ‘Dhoom 3’ will be releasing in the IMAX silver screens across India and worldwide too.

With all the good news pouring in for ‘Dhoom 3’ we can hardly wait for the movie to get unleashed on the big screens.
