Dhoom 3: Watch Katrina goes groovy in 'Kamli' song
Katrina Kaif has gone extra mile to fit into ‘Dhoom 3’ role and the result is before the world to applaud. YRF has released a new song, ‘Kamli’ which shows Katrina in at her acrobatic best. The 34 second clip is mind-blowing and Kat looks absolutely stunning.
The makers had hired international performers to train Aamir Khan and Katrina Kaif. The diva was trained under fitness experts Reza and Yasmin Karachiwala.
Katrina had earlier said, "The rehearsals for the
acrobatics use to take place at a height of about 10 ft but we shot the scenes
at a height of 25 ft with a crash mat below. I've never considered myself an
athletic person and there was a significant amount of fear but this was a
once-in-a-life-time opportunity for me to work with famous circus
acrobats."
"Katrina Kaif has worked extremely hard on her body for Dhoom 3 and the
results are for all to see. Over a year of pilates, functional training and an
intense course in Aerial Straps work have challenged her limits in terms of the
kind of stunts and action she has performed in the film. While expert acrobats
are trained in doing Aerial stunts , Katrina managed to do them and still look
flawless because of the kind of work she has put into it", said a source.
Directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya and produced by Yash Raj Films, ‘Dhoom 3’ is
the third installment of successful ‘Dhoom’ franchises. Aamir Khan plays a
smart thief and Katrina Kaif, an acrobat and his partner in crime while
Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra reprise the role of police inspector Jay and
his assistant Ali.
‘Dhoom 3’ is slated for December 20th release.
