Demonetisation result: Gurmeet Choudhary stands in a queue outside bank

Not only common people but also celebrities are also effected by PM Modi’s demonetisation move. Television and Bollywood actor Gurmeet Choudhary was spotted standing in a queue with others outside bank.

The actor who is waiting for the release of his Bollywood debut, ‘Wajah Tum Ho’ was seen patiently waiting for his turn in a queue with common people.

To fight black money and corruption, PM Modi banned high denomination notes of Rs 500 and Rs 1000. He made the announcement of notes ban on November 8 on national television.

Speaking about his role in 'Wajah Tum Ho', Gurmeet said, “I have prepared for every film of mine like it is my last. It is not easy to behave and be someone else if one does not prepare well for it. For the role of a lawyer, I made sure I learnt the correct diction and most importantly I made sure I got the lawyer lingo correct,” Gurmeet said in a statement.

Gurmeet goes bold with her co-stars in the film and when asked about his wife Debina's reaction, he had earlier said, “I got a beating at home, already have a lot of body pain don’t ask anymore! Jokes aside, ours is friendship first before love and marriage. Debina never interferes in my work and neither do I. She knows that I am going to be extremely responsible in whatever I do.”

Gurmeet and Debina married in 2011 and he describes his relationship with the actress as mature.

“Our relationship has matured into many more things,” he added.

Directed by Vishal Pandya, ‘Wajah Tum Ho’ stars Sana Khan as the female lead and it also features Sharman Joshi and Rajniesh Duggall in pivotal role.
