During a Twitter conversation with a fan, Caruso confirmed Deepika’s presence in the fourth instalment of the ‘xXx’ series which first released in 2002.

When the fan asked Caruso, “Serena Unger Aka Deepika is there in #xXx4?”, the director replied, “Oh yes.” He also revealed that the whole team will meet next week and decide the working schedules. “Yes meetings next week. Honing in on story and start dates,” Caruso tweeted.

Deepika played the role of Serena Unger, a member of Xander Cage’s gang in her maiden Hollywood flick which also starred Tony Jaa, Samuel L Jackson, Toni Collette, Donnie Yen, Neymar, and Rory McCann.
