'Brothers' trailer out; Akshay Sidharth face off in boxing ring


Relieving the desperately awaiting movie-buffs, the much-awaited trailer of ‘Brothers’ starring Akshay Kumar and Sidharth Malhotra, is out.

A new poster of ‘Brothers’ was released yesterday, setting the clock for the countdown of the unveiling of the trailer, further increasing the curiosity about the film.  

Akshay Kumar is seen flaunting his salt-and-pepper hair and a rugged look while Sidharth’s stubble doesn’t goes unnoticed. The actor looks promising. The film also stars Jackie Shroff and Shefali Shah.

‘Brothers’ is directed by Agneepath (2012)-director Karan Malhotra and produced by Karan Johar. The film revolves around the story of two estranged brothers.

The movie is an official Bollywood adaptation of Hollywood movie Warriors. The film is slated to be released on the eve of Independence Day, 14 August.

Akshay’s last film was ‘Gabbar Is Back’. Prior to that, his action thriller ‘Baby’ was well received. Sidharth’s role in his last film ‘Ek Villain’ opposite Shraddha Kapoor was much appreciated.

‘Brothers’ is expected to be one of the biggest releases this year.
