Brother Kush to direct Sonakshi Sinha

Veternan actor Shatrugan Sinha is blessed with a beautiful daughter Sonakshi Sinha and twin sons Luv and Kush Sinha. Sonakshi is more successful and prominent amongst the siblings. Both her brothers have kept shy of the limelight.

Sonakshi got her first break in the movie Dabangg, opposite super star Salman Khan. The movie was a smash hit at the box office and since then there was no turning back for the dusky beauty. She went on to deliver another hit in the form of ‘Rowdy Rathore’ in 2012 along with co star Akshay Kumar.

In the mean while her two brothers were taking their baby steps in the tinsel town of Bollywood. Luv Sinha appeared in the radar of Bollywood with his first film ‘Sadiyaan’ in the year 2010. However, the film sunk at the box office without a trace and his acting career never took off the ground. On the other hand, Kush Sinha has assisted Abhinav Kashyap during the filming of ‘Dabangg’ and worked with master film maker Sanjay Leela Bhansali for the movie ‘Saawariya’. He has a good understanding of films and know how about the working of the Bollywood film industry. Therefore, it is quite natural that he would opt for directing his own film.

Kush haven’t declared the name of the film yet but announced that his sister Sonakshi Sinha will be the heroine in the film and brother Luv Sinha will also be in a prominent role. He emphasized the selection of his siblings with the statement, "I believe it is common sense. When I have two actors in my house, why wouldn't I use them. Most probably the film should go on floors next year." On being questioned farther about the details of the film, he kept mum and replied back that, "It's way too early to talk about my film right now. If I was directing a film now, why would I not speak about it? Making movie takes time and it is in its scripting stage right now."

The presence of Sonakshi in the movie has already generated much interest in the film. Kush has got the initial attention of the movie buffs but the final task of making a good movie rests squarely on his shoulders. We surely wish that the cine goers get a treat and the movie becomes a hit.
