The film stars her son Ranbir and Anushka Sharma as the lead pair, and also filmmaker Karan Johar in his first full-fledged role as actor.

Neetu was accompanied by her mother-in-law Kishna Raj Kapoor and sister-in-law Reema Jain to the screening.
