Big fat wedding: Naga Chaitanya, Samantha to marry in Goa today

The star-studded wedding of Naga Chaitanya and Samatha Ruth Prabhu will be taking place in Goa today. The lavish marriage worth Rs 10 crore will be held according to Hindu and Christian rituals. Around 150 guests are invited and a grand reception will be taking place in Hyderabad on October 9.

Celebrities such as Ram Charan and his wife Upasana, Rana Daggubati and Venkatesh, Rahul Ravindran and his wife and others are invited.

After the wedding, Naga and Samantha will get back to work and they will fly out of the country for a vacation around Christmas and New Year’s Eve.

Samantha will be wearing Kresha Bajaj designed lehenga. According to reports, the couple will be bearing all the expenses of the guests, including their travel and accommodation. A chartered flight has also been booked for some special guests to fly them to Goa from Hyderabad.

The couple is quite excited about their wedding and the bride-to-be also gave us a glimpse of her wedding outfit and jewelry. 

Naga Chaitanya and Samantha Ruth Prabhu first co-starred in 2010 film ‘Ye Maaya Chesave’. They have acted in Telugu film ‘Manam’ (released as Thrayam in Tamil) and ‘Autonagar Suriya’ in 2014. 

Naga wants Samantha to continue acting post wedding, the groom-to-be said: "I don't think I'd ever tell her what she should and shouldn't do. I'm proud of her growth as an actress and I will encourage her to continue working. It was through sheer talent and hard work she got where she is today. I don't think she should throw away her successful career because of marriage," reported IANS.
