‘Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai’ actor Rohitash Gaud denied US visa

The cast of popular comedy show ‘Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai’ is excitedly getting ready for their trip to the US, but Rohitash Gaud, who plays the role of Manmohan Tiwari in the &TV show is upset as he will not be able to join them.

The actor has been denied a visa by the US government. Strangely, he is the only one from the team who has been denied a visa.

“The entire team is attending the New York India Day Parade on August 21. My visa has been rejected because they felt I was going there on a professional contract. It's strange that they denied me the visa while granting it to everyone else,” Rothiash told The Times of India.

He added that they have applied for his visa again, but fears that by the time the formalities are cleared, it will be too late as the event will be over by then.

The 36 India Day Parade New York will be held on Sunday, August 21 where Abhishek Bachchan will be the Grand Marshal and Yoga exponent Ramdev and Tamil superstar Chiyaan Vikram will be the chief guests.  It is world’s largest India Day Parade celebrated to mark India’s Independence Day and is organised by the Federation of Indian Associations (FIA), an umbrella organization of the Tri-State -New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
