It is one of the biggest grosser at box office this year and is sure to set new records.

The film was made on a budget of about Rs. 140 crores, so it has already recovered the costs and started earning profit.

The film is produced by the Fox Star Studios and Siddharth Anand has directed it. It is an official remake of the Hollywood movie ‘Knight and Day’ with an Indian twist. An impressed Karan Johar writing about the film tweeted that, "Hrithik Roshan has superstar all over his demeanour!!! His every move in #bangbang is bang for the buck!!!!"

The movie is an edge of the seat thriller with superb action sequences. Some of the action scenes in the movie are claimed to be done for the first time in a Hindi flick. The dancing skill of Hrithik Roshan doesn’t require any introduction and is pretty much evident in full glory in the film. The lead pair of Katrina and Hrithik looks good on the screen and they also share a sizzling chemistry. Other than Hrithik and Katrina, the movie stars Jaaved Jaaferi, Danny Denzongpa, Kanwaljit Singh, Deepti Naval and Jimmy Sheirgill. All these factors have worked together to make ‘Bang Bang’ a mega success.

Even when the trailers or the dance numbers of the film were released on YouTube, they became huge rage among the masses. It was evident from the number of hits the videos at YouTube received. Siddharth Anand, the director of the film had earlier stated his happy reaction to the film’s success as, "I'm delighted. It's a massive achievement for all of us. It's amazing that Bang Bang is being loved by people, especially the family audience. It is a complete masala movie and we made it with the intention to entertain everyone. I make movies for people to enjoy, to forget about the stress that is a part of the mundane lives we live. It is a full paisa vasool film and the audience is loving it."

We sure hope that we get to see more such true ‘paisa vasool’ films in the coming years.
