Baby Taimur heading to Europe with dad Saif Ali Khan


Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan’s new-born son Taimur Ali Khan Patudi will go for his very first vacation to Europe next month. Saif is currently on paternity leave till, mid-January, after which he will fly abroad for the final schedule of his film ‘Chef’.

According to reports, Saif has decided to take his wife and baby along with him on the location. The ‘Phantom’ actor wants to spend as much time as possible with his little one, and hence he has taken the decision. A daily quoted a source saying, "Saif has made up his mind to not leave his family behind. He wants to ensure that they are all together at least the first few months.”

Taimur, who was born on December 20, will be barely on-month-old by then, and he will already be on a tour abroad. A royal baby indeed!

‘Chef’ is the remake of 2014 Hollywood film of the same name written, produced and directed by Jon Favreau, who also starred as the protagonist in it. The Hindi version is being directed by Raja Krishna Menon, who directed Akshay Kumar’s ‘Airlift’. The film went on floors a couple of months ago, and has already completed 80 per cent of filming, shooting across Kerala, Punjab, Delhi and Goa. The makers are trying to wrap-up the film by mid-February and release it on July 14, 2017.

But before that, Saif will be seen in Vishal Bhardwaj’s directorial ‘Rangoon’ which also stars Shahid Kapoor and Kangana Ranaut. The movie set in the backrop of World War II will hit screens on February 24, 2017.
