‘Baaghi 2’ first look: Tiger Shroff shows off his chiselled body


Tiger Shroff, who enthralled audience with his action skills in ‘Baaghi’, will be back in his action avatar in the sequel of the hit romantic-action flick. The ‘Heropanti’ actor today (May 2) shared the first look poster of ‘Baaghi 2’ on Twitter.

The poster has a bare-bodied Tiger standing with his back showing off his chiselled shape and taut muscles. He is wearing cargo pants and knee caps, and holding a gun in one hand. There is a red cloth tied to the other arm. The background has a greyish image of what looks like a chopper. The poster comes with the tagline ‘Rebel for love’ and announces the release date to be on April 27 2018.

Sabbir Khan, who directed ‘Baaghi’ in 2016, has passed on the baton to Ahmed Khan for helming the sequel. Sajid Nadiadwala would be producing the second instalment of the franchise under his banner Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment – NGE.

Tiger will head for Hong Kong in July to prepare for his role in ‘Baaghi 2’. He will be preparing for the stunts under the guidance of special martial arts director Tony Ching. According to reports, the movie requires certain kind of stunts and Ahmed Khan felt that they should be different from his stunts in the original film. The actor will undergo training in Bak Mei, Choy Li Fut and Wing Chun, different styles of Wushu and will be there for a month.

Meanwhile, Tiger will be next seen in ‘Munna Michal’ opposite debutante Niddhi Agerwal. The movie also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui, who will be seen in a different avatar. Diricted by Sabbir Khan and produced by Viki Rajani, ‘Munna Michael’ will hit screens on July 21.
