Arjun Kapoor, Alia Bhatt caught kissing in public

2 States’ love birds Arjun Kapoor and Alia Bhatt — after featuring in some warm and intimate scenes onscreen — the young couple were seen kissing in front of college students.

According to reports, during the promotions for their upcoming movie ‘2 States’, the pair kissed in public, shocking thousands of college students. The duo may deny their relationship in public, but they surely do not slip a chance to romance.

The stars have appeared in several lip-locking scenes in the movie, but doing it in public, certainly gives rumour mongers the chance to spread gossips about them.

The duo has been in news for their on and off screen chemistry after the first look of the film was released.

Rumours of a real life romance between the two have also been making the rounds for some time. In a recent press conference, Arjun was heard giving sarcastic replies when asked about their relationship.

Alia appeared in a bright printed jacket with black trousers and carried the stylish image she had built in her debut film ‘Student of The Year’. ‘Iski Uski’ a new song of ‘2 States’ that was released recently, has become a great hit online.

The song sees Alia, dressed in a South-Indian half sari, and Arjun in a kurta, performing a Punjabi style dance. It is sung by Shahid Mallya and Akriti Kakkar and the peppy number — just like the other songs of the film — shows the fantastic chemistry of the two and is all set to become a huge hit.

Alia while talking about her role as a Tamil girl in the film she said her on-screen mother, actress Revathy helped her understand the basic nuances and Tamil dialect right. The actress was quoted as saying, “She taught me to pronounce some words like they are supposed to be. Thankfully, my character is not a caricature or a stereotypical Tamil girl, so I just had to get the basic nuances right.”

“Ananya is definitely more intelligent and smarter than me. …There is a complete change in my character after that, as I become more responsible, sincere and focussed. Ananya is the epitome of a modern, confident girl,” she added.

The film is based on author Chetan Bhagat’s popular novel ‘Two States: The Story of My Marriage’, produced by Karan Johar and directed by Abhishek Verman.

The movie is scheduled to release on April 25.
