Amitabh’s Diwali guest list revealed: Alia-Ranbir, Kajol-Ajay, Shahrukh, Kjo and many more


After a gap of two years, Amitabh Bachchan is going to host Diwali bash at his bungalow Jalsa and it is going to be grandeur. Who’s who of Bollywood are expected to grace Big B’s Diwali bash and the guest list included Karan Johar, Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Shahrukh Khan, Gauri Khan, Manish Malhotra, Kajol, Ajay Devgn, Aanand Pandit, Kabir Khan, Sanjay Dutt and many more.

Big B skipped Diwali celebration for two consecutive years due to the demise of two close relatives of the family.

In 2017, the Bachchan bahurani Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s father Krishnaraj Rai passed away and in 2018, Shweta Bachchan Nanda’s father-in-law had passed away. Owing to the two sad demises in the family, Amitabh Bachchan did not hold Diwali celebration at his residence. Since, this year Big B is hosting the Diwali bash after a gap of two years, it is expected to be grandeur in every way.

Usually, the Bachchans are known to host lavish Diwali bash every year. Who’s who from Bollywood gets invitation. Almost all faces from the cine world can be seen in Amitabh Bachchan’s Diwali bash that he hosts every year.

Recently, he got his complete body check-up at Nanavati hospital and he is doing great on health front. He wrote on his blog that he has lost 5 kilos post his last hospitalization which is great.

Amitabh wrote on his blog: "They tell me there is a loss of weight since the last few days. True. It's almost 5 kgs, which is just so fantastic for me."

"A lightness in the step, a controlled and sparse diet and the hours of rest developed to the optimum. Many among the Ef (extended family) would be delighted with the news, that is if they genuine in their concern and care. But it is well known that that is a given and my regard and affection for them that advise, I do take them seriously. So..." he added.

The thespian was admitted to Nanavati hospital for few days for a complete health check-up and after returning , he has resumed the shooting of Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC). He wrote: ".. and then in a short burst of excited cheer a rather rapid run onto the set of KBC .. the imagery being smudged, because .. ahem .. I was just too fast for the lens."

On the work front, Amitabh Bachchan is hosting the 11th season of popular quiz show, ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’. He will also be next seen in the movies like ‘Brahmastra’, ‘Gulabo’ Sitabo’ and ‘Jhund’.
