Amitabh Bachchan's Twitter account hacked, had Imran Khan's profile photo

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan’s Twitter account got hacked. His profile picture changed to Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan. It was hacked on Monday and when the fraud was detected, it was restored by the cyber branch.

On Amitabh Bachchan's profile, the tweet read: "The Indian State, who mercilessly attacks the Muslims fasting in the month of Ramadan, is attacking the Ummah Muhammad in this age! Indian Muslims are entrusted to us by Abdulhamid."

Another tweet read, "This is an important call to the whole world! We do condemn the irrespective behaviors of Iceland republic towards Turkish footballers. We speak softly but carry a big stick and inform you about the big Cyber attack here. As Ayyldz Tim Turkish Cyber Armny +++"

Another tweet of Big B says, "Love Pakistan". The tweets were accompanied with emojis of Pakistan and Turkey's flags.

Mumbai police spokesperson said their cyber unit was informed of the hack and investigation is underway.

The same group had earlier hacked the accounts of actors Shahid Kapoor and Anupam Kher, according to PTI.

Amitabh Bachchan is very active on social media and has over 37 million followers on the micro-blogging site.
