Action Jackson: Sonakshi, Ajay dance at ‘Keeda’ song launch

Action Jackson’ Ajay Devgn was recently seen at the official launch of the first song from his upcoming action thriller. At the event he was joined by his leading lady of the film Sonakshi Sinha, director Prabhu Deva and Himesh Reashammiya who has composed the music of the film.

The released song is ‘Keeda’, a fun filled love song. All four of them entered after a liver performance of the song which featured dancers dressed like rock and roll legend Elvis Presley. Later Devgn said that his daughter has seen the video of the song and liked it. After insistence from those who were present, Ajay and others shook a leg with the song.

According to Himesh Reshammiya, all songs in the film are upbeat and have "Prabhu sir's touch in them."  Ajay Devgn who is often termed as non-dancer is seen dancing quite a bit in the video of the song. When Sonakshi Sinha was asked about her experience of dancing with Ajay Devgn, she said, “ Actually you know what, when I start dancing, mein agal-bagal ka dekhti nahi hu, I just dance so I think I did that even here and Prabhu sir has always told me dance like just all out. So I think I've done that even here and don't say that I had to tame down my level, mujhe apna level badhana pada, Ajay Devgn jaise mahan kalakaar ke saath dance karte waqt”.

The music video of the song ‘Keeda’ has been shot in the beautiful locations of Austria and also features Elvis look like dancers. A source from the production had earlier informed, "Elvis Presley is an icon. Prabhu sir and Ajay sir are huge fans of Elvis Presley. Hence, they took inspiration from him for the costumes of the background dancers. They have been dressed just like Elvis Presley and will be seen doing some signature moves of the legend."

Apart from Sonakshi Sinha, Yami Gautam and Manasvi Mamgai are also playing vital roles in the film. Ajay Devgn will be seen doing a double role in the film. The film is all set to hit the theatres on December 5th this year.

Ajay Devgn has also recently announced that he will be a part of the sequel of his 2003 hit film ‘Gangajaal’ but not as an actor but producer. He said, "Today's films are all about great scripts. I also look for it and Prakash Jha also works on great scripts. This time Gangaajal 2 demands a heroine. So there will be a female protagonist. I won’t fit in the film."
