Little AbRam watches as papa Shahrukh shoots for ‘Fan’

Superstar Shahrukh Khan celebrated ‘bring your child to work’ day while shooting for his upcoming film ‘Fan’. His infant son AbRam Khan was an interested spectator at the shoot. The Bollywood superstar was shooting for his upcoming film under the banner of Yash Raj Films. The film is directed by Maneesh Sharma. It is scheduled to be released around the Independence Day in the coming year.

Shahrukh had gone to the CounterPunch studio in Los Angeles so that his face could be digitally scanned for special effects in the film. The actor appears in dual role. He plays himself – the famous SRK and he also plays an ardent fan who looks just like him. A part of the film was being shot in front of Shahrukh’s home Mannat. It showed the fan struggling to get into the house of his idol. The actor sported a shaggy hairdo and had a checked shirt on. It was at this time when Shahrukh was struggling to get into Mannat that his baby son AbRam was brought out by his nanny to watch the proceedings.

The reporters lost no time to photograph the little bundle of joy. Abram however was oblivious to his surroundings and instead was intent on watching his dad. Shahrukh too basked in the admiration and attention of his son. Though the superstar had waited for a year before talking about his son on Twitter, he does not seem to be averse to some publicity now.

This is not the first time that AbRam got to watch dad at work. The little boy also got to watch when his father was working on ‘Happy New Year’. In fact, the shot of AbRam watching his dad and playing with him appeared in the film as the credit rolled on.

Shahrukh has taken his children to work before also. His eldest son Aryan appeared in the film ‘Kabhi khushi khabhi gham’ in the role of young Shahrukh. He was shown running up to his adoptive mother played by Jaya Bachchan. Many other kids of Bollywood have made such debut. Rishi Kapoor played the younger self of his father in the film ‘Mera Naam Joker’. Hritrhik Roshan had appeared in ‘Bhagwan dada’ with dad Rakesh Roshan. It remains to be seen whether AbRam follows the footsteps of his older brother and debuts in a Bollywood film at an early age.
