Aaradhya is not an item to be displayed, Abhishek

Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s seven months baby Aaradhya has been the focus of attention of all and father Abhishek doesn’t like people's curiosity about her daughter because he and Aishwarya wants Aaradhya to grow up like a normal child.

"I am not comfortable with that, I don't need to show her off. She is not an item that she has to be put up to display. She is a child and Aishwarya and I would like her to grow up as normal as possible. I do understand that her parents and grandparents (Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan) are public figures but she is not yet and let her enjoy that. I have grown up in this industry and have been in this position so I understand the curiosity," Abhishek told.

Abhishek and Aishwarya welcomed their first child in November 2011 and ever since Aaradhya has been an important topic of discussion for all. Her looks, her day to day activities are a subject of big interest for all.

Abhishek Bachchan’s next release is ‘Bol Bachchan’ and he is looking forward to it. Talking about his character, Abhishek said, "I wouldn't call it a double role, in the film I am the same guy playing two characters. The character lies a lot so he makes up a fake twin brother. But its a new character and this was the hardest film I have ever done."

Abhishek is least bothered about hit and flops as it is part of their job. He welcomes critics comment and tries to improvise on what he lags behind. "I have no problems with critics. I look forward to what they have to say. If its bad then I look forward even more. Why should I fight them or be negative about what they are saying? They are the people who are telling me what I need to do to improve. When I started my career most of the reviews were more of a personal attack on me than the film, initially I didn't understand but later I realised 'Here are a bunch of people telling me what to do'. Critics are meant to guide and not pass judgment on you which I know sometimes our critics blur the line," Abhishek added.

Rohit Shetty’s ‘Bol Bachchan’ stars Ajay Devgan, Prachi Desai and Asin.
