Aishwarya started her acting career in Mani Ratnam’s ‘Iruvar’ and later worked with him in ‘Guru’ and ‘Raavan’ opposite her husband and actor Abhishek Bachchan. The film is question is a female oriented movie and there would be hardly any room for male lead.

Says a source, “Mani is planning to direct a film which has a strong female protagonist’s character. He feels there is little room for Abhishek in his next.” It is learnt that Ash has given her nod to Mani’s next.

Adds an insider, “Aishwarya was very clear about her priorities after she became a mother. She gave hundred per cent of her time and concentration to her daughter Aaraadhya for two years. Now that Aaraadhya is ready for play school, Aishwarya can start thinking of coming back to acting.”

Well, there were also reports that Ash will make her comeback in ad filmmaker turned director Prahlad Kakkar’s ‘Happy Anniversary’ with Abhishek Bachchan and also it is said that she will star in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film but there has been no any confirmation in the report.
