Aamir's tattoo maddens Dr. Surekha
Neither Aamir nor Dr. Surekha, a resident of Kanjurmarg were aware of the fact that the phone number which was written on Aamir's body matched with Dr. Surekha Verma's mobile number. Ever since the first look of Ghajini flashed on media, Dr. Surekha started getting innumerable phone calls asking about Aamir Khan.
When contacted, Aamir said, "I really regret the inconvenience caused to the lady whose number was tattooed on my arm. Today, I received over 900 SMSes regarding my Ghajini look. I had to clean up my inbox three times since morning. I empathize with her as I can imagine what she must have gone through."
The producer of Ghajini, Madhu Varma said, "One of the assistant directors wrote down a random number for the tattoo. We didn't know that it would be so prominent and we didn't foresee any such consequence. We will apologize to the lady and offer her a new phone connection."
Aamir and Madhu Varma are really sorry for the inconvenience caused to Dr. Surekha and apologized for their unknown mistake.
