Piyush Kapoor, Taj Group, Rekha Tiwari, Chinmay Tripathi & Kailash Joshi, Fakira Group, Sutapa Sarkar, and Amit Jhadav put on display their fine & their Singing Skills. First Contestant Piyush Kapoor from Lucknow, who is a Student, performs "Roop Tera Mastana" originally Sung by Kishore Kumar, in his savvy style. Audience is seen enjoying and dancing to the beats. Piyush's Charismatic Performance impresses all the Judges who give him a go ahead to the next level. This episode proves that dreams have no age bar. X-Factor recognizes the ability irrespective of the age of the performer. Kartar Singh Yadav and Shobhi Mathur, 63 and 59 years old respectively, performs "Abhi Na Jao Chhod Kar" originally sung by Mohd.Rafi & Asha Bhonsle. The duo with their conventional style of singing makes a positive impression on the Judges. This duo is also selected for the next round of X Factor. The third performer Rekha Tiwari, a "Jagran" singer performs one of her spiritual songs. The Rhythm & Tempo of the song goes haywire and hence, she is not selected for the next level.
