Plot - Magician Ethan Mascarenhas (Hrithik Roshan) is injured when a magical trick goes wrong. He becomes a paraplegic and his only solace is his radio show and his beautiful nurse Sofia (Aishwarya Rai). However, after 14 years as a paraplegic Ethan decides that he wants to die and petitions the court for the right to commit suicide.
