Salman Khan disagrees with dad Salim Khan over Zanjeer remake
Salman Khan is someone who has always been vocal in his opinion. It was hence not surprising when he expressed that Zanjeer should be remade, unlike his father Salim Khan who thinks that the 1970's hit should be left as it is. Salim Khan, along with Javed Akhtar had penned the script of Amitabh Bachchan-Jaya Bachchan starrer Zanjeer. While Salim Khan is against the idea of remakes, his son feels otherwise. Speaking to reporters at a press conference, Salman Khan asserted that Zanjeer should be remade as it was an extremely well made film. Salman even took the example of Shahrukh Khan starrer Don 2 and said, "Don was remade twice. First was remake and the second was a sequel of a remake."
