Madhuri to replace Vidya in Ishqiya sequel
Madhuri Dixit Nene will play the female lead in Vishal Bhardwaj's Dedh Ishqiya. Since Madhuri returned to India, there were reports that she will replace Vidya Balan in the sequel to the 2010 hit Ishqiya. In the movie Dedh Ishqiya, Madhuri will play Shahi Begum, a grey character and she has been paired opposite Nasseerudin Shah. Kangana Ranaut, who has been added to the cast, will romance Arshad Warsi in the movie.

The Madhubala of the 1990s Madhuri Dixit who turned 48 on Friday May 15, said age doesn’t matter to her as it’s just a number. “Age is just a number for me. It doesn't scare me. It doesn't stop me from doing anything. I feel talent is timeless and I believe in it,” an agency quoted her as saying.
Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit Nene has expressed her excitement for choreographer-director Remo D’ Souza’s sequel film ABCD 2 that is set to release on June19 and said she was happy that dance-based films are being made in India.
