Who decides what is right or wrong? Its all a point of view. Whats right for one; might be wrong for the other. Which in turn leads to several important questions like: Is killing a human being justified under any circumstances? If not, what does that make our army personnel, armed forces, law enforcements, one such force being the Police. Chowky, is set in a Police post, and is a night long journey of two individuals. The film revolves around a criminal, Sub-Inspector, over an eventful night, in a Chowky [Police Station] where fate has got the two together. The Criminal captures the inspectors interest, as he is educated and speaks English, which is uncommon for criminals in this part of the world. He is furthermore intrigued by this man when he refuses to file an FIR for the crime, and is sucked into a conversation that leads to a world of deceit, madness, revenge and inherent chauvinism, unearthing a hidden connection. What follows is an exciting journey in flashbacks that establishes them both as having similar traits, with one crucial fact that sets them apart, one is in a uniform, As the story unfolds, the third protagonist is revealed.
