Blue boasts of a massive Rs 100 crore production budget, with a bunch of international crew members and Indias Oscar winners AR Rahman and Resul Pookutty. The films cinematography is by Pete Zuccarini (Pirates of the Caribbean), action direction by James Bomalick (Indiana Jones). Blue has been shot underwater in Bahamas and also in Bangkok.
