He arranged his friend's marriage with his cousin sister. Accidentally he met with Barnali and her family members. Barnali was a very simple, educated middle class urban woman. She was strong character who believed in strong moral values. Her father was a reputed teacher and a very polite gentleman. Asesh liked them but was shocked to know that his friend actually betrayed her.
