Yash Raj signs Rakhi Sawant

Item girl Rakhi Sawant’s dream to work under a big banner is finally taking shape. She has been signed by Yash Raj Films. Rakhi will finally get to share screen space with Shahid Kapoor and Rani Mukherjee. The film will be directed by Anurag Singh. It is her long time dream to work under a big banner and she was elated when Yash Raj banner approached her. 

Rakhi’s presence in the film has been confirmed by the spokesperson from Yash Raj Films. According to him, Rakhi will get a chance to act with Rani and Shahid. Apparently, she will be playing the role of a dancer from Bhand Samaj doing Nautanki. Nevertheless, her talent seems to be catching attention first with Rakesh Roshan's Krazzy 4 and now Yash Raj. 

Rakhi is undoubtedly a good dancer and her dancing talent is seen in various album. Her first music video Pardesia was a big hit and presently she is judging a dance competition to select a right candidate for her new album. She also tapped her feet with her beau Abhishek Awasthi in Nach Baliye. Though Rakhi was not available to comment on her big achievement, she sure is flying high.
