‘Yaariyan’ actor Himansh Kohli injured after falling off a horse

Actor Himansh Kohli, who made his Bollywood debut with ‘Yaariyan’ in 2014, injured himself after falling off a horse on the sets of his upcoming film ‘Sweetiee weds NRI’. He was rushed to a hospital and received medical assistance.

According to reports, Himansh was shooting for a horse riding scene. It was his first time on a horse. The animal went out of control and Himansh fell off injuring his leg.

"I was shooting for the patch work for the film and there were fireworks on the sets, suddenly the horse got out of control and I fell off the horse. On top of it, this was the first time I was riding a horse," Himansh was quoted as saying in an agency report.

Before entering Bollywood, Himansh worked in Channel V show ‘Humse Hai Liife’ in which he played the role of Raghav Oberoi. He has also worked in Arbaaz Khan-starrer ‘Jeena Isi Ka Naam Hai’.  

'Sweetiee weds NRI' is directed by Hasnain Hyderabadwala, also features Zoya Arfoz. The shooting for the film is already complete, but Himansh had to shoot for patch work. That’s when the accident happened.
