Winners of IIFA 2008

It’s high profile, full of entertainment and an extravagant event. At the same time, it was a big Bollywood night out. The couples were the main attraction of the show who walked the green carpet hand in hand with their respective partners. With every passing year, IIFA sums up with more glamour and glitz. The three-day program of entertainment and amusement has filled up the atmosphere of Bangkok with thrill and galore.

People in large numbers gathered side by side on the green carpet and gave a grand reception to their favorite stars. It is an occasion where opponent stars and families happen to meet under the same roof, an occasion to show the world the prowess of Bollywood. It is a noble occasion where the best work of the individuals gets acclaimed. Some received kudos for their excellent work while some failed to hold the trophy. The contenders who failed to shine at this great event stepped out with a hope for a better performance next year. Farah Khan walked away with five awards for Om Shanti Om and Chak De India took away nine awards. Here’s the list of excellence:
