When Sushmita Sen’s mother helped her on the ramp
Former Miss Universe Sushmita Sen was a superb model but she went wrong while walking the ramp for designer Birdichand Ghanshyamdas at India International Jewellery Week, in Mumbai. As Sushmita entered the ramp with a graceful smile, her gown got stuck in her footwear but in spite of going backstage or getting anxious, she seeks her mother’s help who was sitting on the front row to untangled the fabric.
In a second, Sushmita was back to her form with a smile on her face. When asked about it later, she said, "When you become a parent, you learn to look at things differently. Every time something goes wrong, you tell your child, 'Let's start again'. And that's what I did. I started the walk again."
Sushmita dazzled at the India International Jewellery Week in black off shoulder gown with sparkling necklace.
She walked along with Yaami Gautam of ‘Vicky Donor’ fame. Sush who made to the ramp after a long time looked utterly gorgeous and she has also lost oodles of weight.
Sushmita walked as a showstopper but apart from her Bipasha Basu and Esha Gupta also walked the ramp displaying the collection of designer Birdichand Ghanshyamdas.
