When Shahid sent SMS to Kareena

Kareena and Shahid drifted apart after being lovers for five long years but the duo had set an example by keeping in touch even after parting away. There seemed no bitter feeling in Shahid’s mind and he went up to watch Tashan at Cinemax Andheri with director Ken Ghosh. He did not like the film but he is awestruck with Bebo’s performance and her slim and trim look. To congratulate Kareena, he sent a message of appreciation.

Kareena was shooting in Australia for Salman Khan’s first production Main Aur Mrs. Khanna when Shahid sent her the message. On receiving his message, she replied to him immediately. Ever since they split up, Shahid and Kareena remained in touch with each other and very often talk over phone. She even wished Shahid on his birthday and asks about his career from time to time from a mutual friend.

Today, Kareena is leading a blissful life with Saif but Shahid is still to find his soulmate. Many a times, his affairs with tennis player Sania Mirza and actress Vidya Balan are heard.
