Watch: Ranveer Singh spoofs Ranbir Kapoor in an ad-film by Farah Khan

Ranveer Singh sure knows how to create a stir. After collaborating with Rohit Shetty for an ad film for a Chinese food brand, the actor has now teamed up with choreographer-director Farah Khan for another commercial.

Farah and Ranveer have joined hands to make a commercial for shampoo brand Head & Shoulders. It is the first time that the duo has come together.

Ranveer seems to have put his impersonation skills to good use in the 36-second video. Ranveer is seen dancing and singing ‘Dandruff Nahi Chelega’ and the steps have been borrowed from Ranveer’s own ‘Tattad Tattad’ from ‘Ram Leela’ and Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Dilliwali Girlfriend’ song from the film ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’.  Ranveer is also seen wearing a similar kind of kurta that Ranbir wore in the particular song.

The actor then goes on to enacts different avatars that has some uncanny similarities with some of our Bollywood stars. ‘The Sexy Bro’ on a bike seems to be like Ranveer’s buddy and ‘Gunday’ co-star Arjun Kapoor. Then comes ‘The College Topper’, followed by ‘The Majnu’ in a pink shirt whose mannerisms resemble Ranbir. ‘The Cool Dude’ looks like Saif Ali Khan.

The ‘Bajirao Mastani’ actor took to his Twitter handle today to announce the news and also shared a brief teaser of the ad film.

“Coming soon! My first collab with @TheFarahKhan for @hns_india … #DandruffNahiChalega,” Ranveer posted on the micro-blogging site.

Earlier, the actor’s five-and-half minute ad for Ching’s Secret titled ‘Ranveer Ching Returns’ by the ‘Golmaal’ director starring Tamannah Bhatia had garnered huge appreciation. Megastar Amitabh Bachchan had tweeted, “#RanveerSingh and #RohitShetty .. how the heck did you do all this !!?? this #RanveerRohitShettyHitJodi.”

Meanwhile, Ranveer will soon begin shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming period drama ‘Padmavati’. He will play a grey-shaded character of Sultan Alauddin Khilji who is obsessed for the beautiful and intelligent queen of Mewar Padmavati, to be essayed by Deepika Padukone.

His film ‘Befikre’ opposite Vaani Kapoor and directed by Aditya Chopra will hit screens on December 9.
