Urmila Matondkar is still the reigning queen of the RGV (Ram Gopal Verma) camp but this time she has something serious against him. RGV's last release 'Ek Hasina Thi' did average business besides the fact that... ...the treatment was different and it was a musicless show. Urmila regrets that Ramu didn't provide adequate publicity, and it could be one reason for the film's average show. According to her, Ramu didn't spend enough money on the promotion. There was no big function in major trade centers. The film's success is largely due to the immaculate direction of debutante director Srinivas Raghavan and the acting brilliance of Urmila. The Ramu camp has already opened doors for actresses like Antara Mali and Sameera Reddy, but Urmila is still in top position. Urmila's acting genius has been instrumental in RGV's success in 'Rangeela', 'Bhoot' and 'Ek Hasina Thi'.
