Uday Chopra bids goodbye to Bollywood
Eminent filmmaker Yash Chopra’s son Uday Chopra has finally bade adieu to acting. Debuted with ‘Mohabatein’, Uday failed to firm his foot in the challenging world of filmdom. Seen in films like ‘Nil and Nikki’, Uday even tried his hand in screenplay with ‘Pyaar Impossible’. But none of his skill showed color and he finally decided to quit Bollywood.
His last film will be ‘Dhoom-3/' title='Dhoom 3' class='' data-id='dhoom-3' id='article_tag_data_dhoom-3' style='display: inline-block;'>Dhoom 3’. Though the actor failed to give a memorable performance, he will always be remembered for the role as Ali Akbar Fateh in ‘Dhoom’ and ‘Dhoom 2’.
Uday tweets, "No I'm not giving up acting it's quite the opposite, acting is giving up on me".
He is currently having a gala time in Las Vegas.
Apart from Uday, another actor to quit Bollywood is Shamita Shetty. Interestingly, she also debuted with ‘Mohabatein’. She has taken up interior designing as her new career.
