Trailer: Refreshing love story of Tamil Alia and Punjabi Arjun

Here we bring to you the trailer of the most interesting film of 2014, ‘2 States’ based on Chetan Bhagat’s novel ‘2 States’: The Story of My Marriage’. The youngsters would surely go gaga over the crackling chemistry of Alia Bhatt and Arjun Kapoor. North meets South is the theme of the film and the cross-culture love would take the audience with surprise.

The film has some interesting dialogue. When Punjabi munda Arjun Kapoor proposes Madrasi Alia Bhatt, he says, "Ye jo tumhare right gal ke left side par jo til hai na uspe mera dil aa gaya hai." Alia and Arjun’s sizzling chemistry would surely drag the audience to the theatres. The couple indulge in some intimate scene and steamy lip-locks.

The trailer shows Tamil Ananya fell in love with Punjabi Krish. Everything was right in their life until they decided to get hitched. The cultural difference create problem in their life. Trouble brewed in their paradise when the duo introduced their respective parents to one another. Amrita Singh, Ronit Roy and Revathi play Arjun Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s parents.

The movie brought alive the tradition and culture of two states of India. ‘2 States’, a cross-cultural love story is being produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and Karan Johar and the film is slated to release on April 28th.
