Tanuja performs “Havan’ for Kajol

Yesterday, Kajol delivered a baby boy in Mumbai Lilavati hospital and her mother Tanuja and sister Tanisha performed a special ‘Puja’ at Shomu Mukherjee’s residence at Grotto Villa, their suburban Mumbai residence. It was a ‘Havan’ performed for divine protection. ‘Aarti’ was conducted and ‘Ghee, Shira and fruits were distributed to neighbors and well wishers.
States Tanishaa, "We prayed for Kajol. It was a very nostalgic moment for my mother and me when we returned to the house where my father used to live."
Seven years after their first girl child Nysa was born, Ajay and Kajol were blessed with a baby boy. Their Bollywood friends showered congratulatory messages on twitter. It is highly speculated that Kajol will not return to acting but filmmakers are still trying to convince her not to quit films following her awesome performances in Karan Johar’s “We Are Family’.
